FAQs

What are your opening times?

Our Opening Times are:

7:15am – 18:00pm.

Monday – Friday, 52 weeks a Year, closed on Bank Holidays.

Can I bring my child in for a settling in session?

We provide 3 sessions before your child’s start date at nursery. This ensures that they have settled into the nursery routine and built their confidence in their new surroundings.

1st settling in session: 09.00 – 10.30.

2nd settling in session 09.00 – 12.00.

3rd settling in session 09.00 – 15.00.

How does my child progress in nursery?

As your child progresses, they will transition through the various classrooms at nursery. Their routine in each room will be tailored to their development.

Each Key worker will pass on all information about your child during this period, this ensures no disruption to their routine. During this transition they will visit their new room on several occasions and join in activities. Room movements depend on D.O.B and development which will be discussed with you before any decisions are made. Updates on your child will be provided through our Famly App

How much are your fees?

Do you offer early pick ups or late drop offs?

We ask that any requests for an early or late drop off are requested in advance to ensure appropriate staffing is available. If any child is collected or dropped off without the setting be notified, there will be a £13.75 charge.

Do you offer funded places?

We offer spaces for, 9 month, 2 and 3 year old funding. Please check availability for funded places, due to spaces within the nursery. You can find out if you are eligible by visiting https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare

When are mealtimes?

Our Breakfast starts from 7:15am – 8:30am (We provide all milk types and breakfast).

Our Lunch is 11:30 (We provide a hot lunch and dessert)

Our Snack is 09:15 and 14:00 (We provide a variety of food)

Our Tea is 16:00 (We ask you provide your child with this).

Can I swap the day my child attends?

All absences will still be charged but we do offer a swap day system if we can accommodate this. This means if your child is unable to attend their usual day. For example, if you are on holiday or your child is unwell this day can be swapped for another day, providing there is availability.

Can I use Tax Free Childcare to pay for my invoices?

Yes , we do accept Tax Free childcare payments. This can be linked through our Famly app.
